Football's influence now extends far beyond the game itself. As fashion and culture increasingly intersect with sport, brands are expected to offer more than products alone. Their digital presence must communicate a distinct point of view, giving equal weight to storytelling, identity and commerce.



Futsol approaches football through a broader cultural lens, creating thoughtfully crafted clothing inspired by the game's global culture rather than club allegiance. Produced in limited runs across Europe and made with recycled and organic materials wherever possible, each collection reflects a considered approach to design and production.
Working alongside Margate-based design studio Outsiders, I translated their creative direction into a scalable digital system before leading the Shopify development of a custom storefront. The objective was to preserve the character of the original concepts while creating a flexible foundation that could evolve with the brand.












Colour became a key part of that system. Building on Futsol's existing palette, I introduced a broader range of tones that could be applied consistently across the site. Distinct colour combinations were assigned to individual product categories, creating subtle shifts in atmosphere that reinforced the identity of each collection while encouraging exploration.
The result is a responsive Shopify storefront where brand, content and commerce work together as one connected system, giving Futsol a flexible platform that supports editorial storytelling today while adapting to future collections and product releases.
